VG4A 3rd Annual Fun Golf Event

Our 3rd annual Best Ball event will be a "go" as long as we get 30 players. Right now we need 10 more. Beginners and experienced players alike are encouraged to come out and have some fun. New members and 'old' members. :) Bring a friend or family member!

You do not have to be a golfer to enjoy "best ball". (Everyone takes a shot and then you all walk to the furthest/best shot to take your second shot.) We will have the entire course to ourselves so we will all start at the same time on different holes, and therefore finish at the same time for some snacks and drinks. The cost will be $40 for golf, light snacks afterwards and prizes.

We generally manage to find "loaner" clubs for all those who need them, or get a good deal from The Ridge. In our reminder e-mail, to be sent soon, we will ask you to confirm your attendance by paying and will also ask whether or not you have your own clubs or need to rent or borrow some. 

Best Ball Golf is a great way to visit with and get to know people in a casual setting, kind of like cycling and walking, You generally chat with whoever's ball goes in the same basic direction as yours while you're walking. Even if this is slightly out of your comfort zone it will be FUN so take a deep breath and join the fun! It IS the Year of Yes after all.
